An invitation link does not open
Ask for a new link if it is old: invitations last 14 days, and a person can stop them at any time. You can also type the code in the app. For a list, go to Explore, Shared lists, Join a list. For a trip, go to Trips, Join a trip.
A password reset link fails
Open the emailed link on the same phone where you asked for it. It will not finish on a computer or on another phone. Then try again from the sign-in screen if it has expired.
A recording seems stuck
Recordings wait safely on your phone until they can be sent. Open Wamda with a connection. If Home shows the recording as waiting, tap Try again.
Reminders do not arrive
Open Settings, Reminders in Wamda. It shows whether notifications, sound and Lock Screen alerts are on. If notifications are refused, change that in your iPhone's Settings.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's process. To bring back a purchase on a new phone, use Restore purchases on Wamda's plans page.
